Live Animal Sales

All sales of live animals are final.
Due to the sensitive nature of reptile health and biosecurity, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any live animal purchases.

All animals leave Endless Scales healthy and properly packed. Once animals are in the customer’s care, Endless Scales is not responsible for husbandry conditions or outcomes.


Supplies, Feeders & Dry Goods

Supplies and dry goods may be returned or exchanged only if defective.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be returned in original packaging when possible
  • Damage from misuse, improper setup, or normal wear does not qualify as a defect

If approved, customers may receive:

  • A replacement of the same item, or
  • Store credit equal to the value of the product

(Refund method depends on product availability.)


Shipping Issues

Endless Scales is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping carrier.
If shipping protection was purchased, claims must be filed directly with the carrier or protection provider.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Live animals
  • Clearance items
  • Special orders or custom products
  • Any unauthorized or unapproved returns
