Live Animal Shipping
Endless Scales ships live reptiles using industry-standard secure packing to ensure safe arrival.
Shipping Days
Live animals ship Monday through Wednesday to prevent weekend delays.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide a correct and complete shipping address.
- Someone must be available to receive the package at the first delivery attempt.
- Endless Scales is not responsible for animals left outside or exposed to unsafe conditions after delivery.
Weather & Safety
If weather poses a risk, shipping may be delayed at our discretion. Customers will be contacted to reschedule.
Shipping Methods
- Live animals ship via overnight service (FedEx Priority Overnight or equivalent).
- Tracking numbers are sent once the order has shipped.
Live Arrival Guarantee
Endless Scales offers a Live Arrival Guarantee on all shipped animals when the following conditions are met:
Guarantee Requirements
- Someone must be present to receive the animal on the first delivery attempt.
- Any concerns must be reported within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos or videos.
- The animal must be unboxed immediately upon delivery.
Guarantee Coverage
If an animal arrives deceased:
- A replacement animal of equal value will be provided if available, or
- Store credit equal to the animal’s value will be issued.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Guarantee Exclusions
The Live Arrival Guarantee does not apply if:
- The package is left outside or in a mailbox
- The customer enters an incorrect shipping address
- The carrier delays the package
- The animal is refused at delivery
- Weather conditions were unsafe but the customer insisted on shipping
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment only. The pickup location will be provided after checkout.
Animals must be picked up within the scheduled window. Missed pickup appointments may result in cancellation without refund.
Supplies, Feeders & Dry Goods Shipping
Non-animal items ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping time: 2–7 business days, depending on carrier and destination
Carrier Delays & Shipping Issues
Endless Scales is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Weather issues
- Lost or stolen packages
- Incorrect customer addresses
- Carrier-caused damage
If shipping protection was purchased, claims must be submitted to the carrier or protection provider.
Address Issues
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and deliverable address. Endless Scales does not reship live animals due to customer address errors.
